Truth the word when we hear is like a extraordinary thing, which have an another level of thinking. In truth people have some negative and some positive point of view. The reson to irrational truth, that truth is =mind+emotion+intention.What our mind, heart and intention says is opposite to that, all is that is mixture of irrational truth.
Why it can’t be rational. There is nothing anything in this world that is rational, acc to philosophical thinking.
